We practice during the school year at the pool in the West Gymnasium of Carleton College in Northfield, MN. Swimmers are grouped by ability in different lanes and we have a great coach to provide individual and group instruction. During the fall 2020 season we are practicing at the Faribault Community Center.
Practice Information
5:15 am-6:25am, MWF, during the school year whenever Carleton College is in session. During the fall 2020 we are practicing 5:00-5:55 a.m. MWF.

These instructors have furthered their swim-lessons instruction education and have passed the certification exam. Note: A certified ALTS instructor might not be at all locations or workouts.
USA Swimming Foundation
The USA Swimming Foundation logo identifies clubs that receive support from the foundation for their adult swim-lessons program. These grant programs offer adult learn-to-swim lessons at a reduced cost. Most also are led by a USMS-certified adult learn-to-swim instructor.
