Landshark Aquatic Masters (LASH) is a Masters swim team hosting a group workout daily at EMAC's newly completed structure, The HIVE, located at 2546 Mill Race Rd, Emmaus, Pa 18049. This workout is designed to be a group workout but can be modified to accommodate faster or slower paces as needed.
