We are a group of similarly capable swimmers who swim hard AND enjoy our social camaraderie.

Practice Information

Workouts are provided 7 days per week, by email the night before. We follow a weekly pattern that rarely varies: M&Th Stroke/IM, T&F Race pace Free, W, Sa & Sun, recovery or distance options. Daily workouts within the weekly pattern vary from week to week, but are similar. Workout suggestions from members are usually incorporated. Workouts are designed around capability of repeating 100 yards on 1:30 with options for faster swimmers at 1:25
