Chicago Blue Dolphins

Chicago Blue Dolphins' PACE Swim Training (Precision Aquatic Conditioning & Education) is a Technique + Training Lab for Adult Swimmers based in Chicago.
PACE helps adult swimmers improve both how they swim and how they train through a combination of in-person technique coaching and structured swim training delivered through the PACE online community.
Our in-person coaching focuses on stroke instruction and video analysis, helping swimmers improve efficiency, body position, and timing through personalized feedback.
Training guidance is delivered through the PACE community, where swimmers receive structured weekly practices and coaching insights designed to support fitness swimmers, triathletes, and Masters athletes.
Upcoming PACE training plans will also support swimmers preparing for Masters competitions, triathlon races, and open-water events, providing structured progression and race-specific preparation.
PACE is designed for swimmers who want a smarter way to improve — combining modern technique coaching with structured swim training.
