We are a diverse group of competitive swimmers, recreational swimmers, and triathletes practicing in Gwinnett County. We have 1-2 coached practices per week along with monthly activities including fitness events, time trials, and social events.
Practice Information
Scheduled practices are Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:00-8:00 AM. Swimmers may come for any portion of this time. Throughout the week, swimmers have the opportunity to practice on their own.

USA Swimming Foundation
