Villages Aquatic Swim Team
A competitive and fitness group restricted to residents of The Villages, Florida. You must be a resident with a current valid Villages ID card, or members of a USMS/FINA recognized team outside of The Villages may be eligible to practice with VAST if they meet the following criteria.
1. They are renting in The Villages and have obtained The Villages Resident ID from the individuals(s) they are renting from.
Guest passes will NOT be be accepted.
2. They must be 30 years of age.
3. They must sign a current year Activity Release Form.
Practice Information
Practices are held in two Villages Recreation outdoor pools, which are approximately 15 miles apart.
The Rohan group swims on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:50 AM-10:50 AM.
Ezell Pool. 9-11- Practice, Clinics, Team building events
Mulberry Pool. 9-11 Time Trials, Clinics, Team Building events
There are two Mulberry Groups.. Group one swims at 9:50 AM-11:20 Am and group two swims 11:20 AM-12:40 PM.

USMS Certified Coaches
The U.S. Masters Swimming–Certified Coach logo identifies swim clubs near me where you can find a USMS-certified coach. These coaches have furthered their Masters coaching education and have passed the certification exam. Note: A certified coach might not be at all locations or workouts.
Gold Club Designation
The Gold Club logo identifies Masters clubs and workout groups that provide members with the best Masters Swimming experience possible. Gold Clubs have a U.S. Masters Swimming–certified coach on staff, participate in fitness events, and offer a free trial to potential members, among many other benefits.
USMS Certified Adult Learn-to-Swim Instructors
The Certified Adult Learn-to-Swim Instructor logo identifies swim teams near me that have a U.S. Masters Swimming–certified ALTS instructor. These instructors have furthered their swim-lessons instruction education and have passed the certification exam. Note: A certified ALTS instructor might not be at all locations or workouts.
USA Swimming Foundation
The USA Swimming Foundation logo identifies clubs that receive support from the foundation for their adult swim-lessons program. These grant programs offer adult learn-to-swim lessons at a reduced cost. Most also are led by a USMS-certified adult learn-to-swim instructor.
