We are a fun group who meets Sundays around 11AM-Noon and Wednesday's, 6 to 7 PM at the Friendship Center in Harrisburg, PA.
Practice Information
Practice sets are varied to include some pulling, kicking, drill and stroke work, and some sprints (e.g., we mainly craft our sets around a 50 pace of 1:00, with most of us holding between :35-:45 on those intervals). There is no on deck coach.
