Duke University Masters Swimming
This Adult fitness series is for lap swimmers, fitness swimmers, triathletes, or anyone who is interested in improving their fitness through swimming. A qualified coach will deliver swim workouts and provide feedback to swimmers on technique & performance in a friendly and encouraging environment. You must be able to swim 200 yards continuously. Knowledge of all four strokes is preferred. Each practice is going to average between 2800-3200 yards for the hour.
