Practice Information

We meet from 8-10am on Saturday mornings. We typically start with a traditional Master Swim Workout for all levels (beginner to advanced). The second hour is a broader-based, non-traditional workout, which can include deep-water running, mindfulness, stretching, deep and shallow water fitness and more.
