Rob is a USMS Level 3. Certified Coach based out of Rocky Hill, CT He has been a coach and Master's Swimmer since 2006.
We also Participate in the Connecticut Grown Up Swimming League under the team name: Buoy Nation.

Practice Information
Practices Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 6:45am-8:15am
Friday Nights 6:30pm-7:30pm
Pricing:
Middletown Residents $150 per 6-week session or $10 per practice drop-in.
Non-Residents $175 per 6 week-session or $15 per practice drop-in.
