Kennedy Law Racing Aquatics

Kennedy Law Racing Aquatics (CAM) is a top-notch masters swim program based in Pinellas County led by 3-time Olympic Gold Medalist Brooke Bennett and her coaching staff. All coaches are USMS
certified, Red Cross Safety Training for Swim Coaches, and CPR/First Aid/AED Certified. KLR/CAM offers 5 weekly workouts, offering long-course meters, short course yards, plus Saturday open-water & run.
Practices are ALWAYS coached and offer four different swim groups (based on short-course yards intervals): Bolts: 1:30 and under; Rays: 1:40 and under; Bucs: 1:50 and under; Rowdies: 2:00 and under. Each swim workout is written to challenge with a mix of distance, middle distance/stroke, and for your need-for-speed we got that covered too. KLR/CAM has something to offer everyone, because we all share the passion to be happy, healthy, and fit no matter what level we are striving for.
In addition to our regularly scheduled workouts KLR/CAM will offer stroke technique and open-water clinics throughout the year. A calendar of event listings will be provided
for swim meets, open-water swims, and triathlons locally and across the globe. It is encouraged for each swimmer to have a swim bag with kickboard, fins, pull buoy, paddles, and snorkel (optional). Prerequisite: able to swim 200 yards free continuously.
Kennedy Law Racing Aquatics (CAM) monthly dues are $75 all access or $45 for evening. The daily drop-in fee is $10 cash or check on deck the day of the swim.
