Clearwater Aquatic Masters
Old school practices/team. Interval based training, no rest intervals, otherwise you won't work as hard. Minimum of 4 distinct ability levels per practiced, coached workouts. You swim and compete with the group, you do not do your own thing. Technique and motivation given at each practice.
ALL ability levels welcome. Yes, no matter what your level, we have a group you can train with.
Regular practice schedule:
Mondays: 5-6AM & 6-7AM
Tuesdays: 10-11AM & 7-8PM
Wednesdays: 5-6AM & 6-7AM & 10-11AM
Thursdays: 10-11AM & 7-8PM
