Central Alabama Master Swimmers
Hello from Montgomery, Alabama! We welcome adult swimmers aged 18+ with varying levels of ability. Ideal for fitness swimmers, triathletes, competitive and non-competitive swimmers, we offer structured workouts and opportunities to compete at local and regional levels. A coach is available to help improve stroke technique both to avoid injury and improve performance. We support all, no matter the age, gender, race, or disability, and will make every effort to provide for your needs.
Practice Information
All practices follow covid guidelines. Practice schedule is Tue / Thur 12 noon and Saturday at 8:30am. Please contact coach Richard for details.

USA Swimming Foundation
