FORD AQUATICS

Ford Aquatics Masters began in the 1970s as a way to stay in shape after college. The program provides a great mix of workouts for a wide range of abilities and experience with consistant, reliable coaching since 1990. Competition is not required but meets are usually available once or twice each month.

        Mornings: M-W-F 5:30am, T & Th 6:30am, Mid day: M thru F 12:00pm

Gold Clubs have a U.S. Masters Swimming–certified coach on staff, participate in fitness events, and offer a free trial to potential members, among many other benefits.
