Erica Totten joined the National Office in April 2025. She supports USMS’s marketing efforts, focusing on email engagement, campaign strategy, and brand visibility across USMS’s brands, which includes LaneMate and Grown-Up Swimming. She also contributes to digital marketing campaigns and content strategy.

Before joining USMS, Erica worked with both advertising agencies and in-house teams, marketing brands across the healthcare, technology, and insurance industries. She brings extensive experience in email and digital marketing, campaign development, and audience engagement.

Erica was a collegiate swimmer at the University of Arkansas, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a specialization in advertising and public relations. During high school and college, she represented the Philippines at the Southeast Asian Games, Asian Games, and World Championships.

She lives in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, where she enjoys spending time on the water or beach cruising with her dog, Hazel. A self-described serial hobbyist, Erica teaches pole fitness and enjoys crocheting, sewing, aerial and flow arts, nurturing her plants. She’s currently learning how to surf.
