Allison Abad
Coordinator, Events and Business Development

Allison provides support in planning and logistics for our events and has a hand in executing strategies and communication to provide positive experiences and engagement for members through our events and partnership integration. She also assists with the operational aspects of College Club Swimming.

Allison has been swimming and playing sports most of her life. She started swimming competitively at the age of 5 and continued swimming for college club teams during her 4 years at Florida Gulf Coast University and 2 years at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Allison was actively involved with both clubs serving as President, Vice President, and Treasurer.

Allison graduated from FGCU with a bachelor of arts in communications, public relations & digital media design in 2018 and from UAB with a master’s degree in public administration in 2020. After graduation Allison was the Aquatics Director & Summer Youth Swim Team Head Coach in Alabama and then was at FGCU as the Aquatics Program Coordinator.

Allison enjoys spending her free time with her dog, Tater Tot, line dancing, traveling, and cruising around town (or the mud) in her pink Jeep Wrangler (yes, all pink Jeep).
