2:00-3:20 In-Water Rotation - 20 minute segments (1 hr 20 min total time)
2:00-2:20: Submit 100 Free time for ability match, break into 5 subgroups
2:20-2:40: One Head Coach, plus 5 Coaches on Deck (one for each subgroup)
2:40-3:00: Stroke presented by "rotating" Head Coaches, assisted by others
3:00-3:20: 1st –Free 2nd –Back 3rd – Breast 4th – Fly
3:30-3:40 Team Photo
3:45-4:00 Wrap up
Summary of Events, Shower-Clean up, Opportunity for purchase of (used/new) FINIS equipment

Rotation 1 - Basic ocean awareness ( can be done at waters edge)- noticing swell, finding the rip tide, avoiding the rush at race start

Rotation 2 - Entry/Exits-fundamentals on getting through surf (duck-diving, dolphining off bottom, using/avoiding rip currents, body surfing)

Rotation 3 - Open water swim to LJ Cove quarter mile buoy- can be done in different groups and intervals (incorporating the pool session)

Triathlete Bonus - Wetsuit demo, transition technique
