Barry Fasbender served Pacific Masters LMSC and USMS for many years, beginning in the 1980's. He was a valuable member of the Pacific LMSC Committee where notably he served as a Stroke and Turn Judge or Starter for many meets. He was a member of the Rules Committee from 1995-1999 and was the official liaison from that committee to the Championship Committee starting in 1997.Barry was expected to become the next Championship Committee Chair.
