A USMS Level 3 Coach Kiley coached for West Hollywood Aquatics (WH20). She embodied the mission of USMS by promoting health, wellness, fitness, and competition for all adults through swimming regardless of race, religion, age, or sexual orientation. As head coach during the difficult pandemic period, she set up protocols for training. During the lockdown, she offered “Fun Time Friday” emails which included funny videos from team members and jokes about swimming. Her practices have been known to be welcoming, challenging, and fun.


Team members considered Kiley to be the glue that held them together during the challenging pandemic times and appreciated how she revitalized the team.
