Meg served in varied capacities in the Kentucky LMSC and on the national level.  On the Kentucky LMSC, she was the chair and webmaster. On the deck, she volunteered as an official and a meet director. Meg was a mentor to swimmers and clubs in her LMSC. Nationally, she was the USMS Rule Book editor and committee chair. She also served on the Legislation, Rules, and Convention committees, where her professional expertise as an editor was appreciated.  She was also an important advisor to Swimmer Magazine.
