heila joined the Florida LMSC board when she took on the Newsletter Editor position in 2011. She produced the LMSC newsletter four times a year. In addition to providing information about LMSC and USMS activities, she allowed clubs to submit articles about their own events and the accomplishments of their swimmers. As an LMSC board member, Sheila attended and contributed to meetings on a regular basis. She received the Florida LMSC Service Award in 2015.
