In 2018, Jorge became responsible for the Southern Pacific LMSC newsletter. Pulling submitted information together, he produced an engaging, colorful, user-friendly, and most importantly, member-focused newsletter. He aligned the newsletter to the USMS objective that participants’ lives be enhanced through swimming.

Jorge integrated SPMS logo colors into an informative newsletter that celebrated the accomplishments of members and the fun times they had, which served as an invitation for others to join in. With one look at any of Jorge’s newsletters, you’d notice the infectious good times had by members in the recent months through an array of USMS and SPMS sanctioned events and club social events. He designed the newsletter in a way to keep people reading with graphics and photos on every page.
