Head coach of the Great Bay Masters Swim Team since 2010, Crystie made many contributions to her club and the New England LMSC. She volunteered as the LMSC Coaches Chair since 2014. She received her USMS Level 3 certification in 2013 and became an ALTS Instructor in 2015. Crystie served as Meet Director for three annual meets: Jenny Thompson Mini Meet (LCM), Exeter Mini Meet (SCY), and the GBM “Fantastic” Fun Meet (SCM). Crystie attended USMS Convention regularly and was a member of the LMSC Development and Coaches committees. Crystie teaches and leads by example in every capacity in life.
