U.S. Masters Swimming Dorothy Donnelly Service Award

Recipient:	Brian Albright

LMSC:	South Texas

Brian served as the Parliamentarian on the South Texas LMSC board for 5 years. He was a member of the USMS Legislation and the Ofﬁcials Committees and served as Chair of Officials for 2 years. He helped guide the committee as it developed the USMS Ofﬁcials Excellence Award. Also, during his tenure as chair, the committee developed its ﬁrst USMS Ofﬁcial’s certiﬁcation program. Additionally, Brian worked to help improve the ofﬁciating experience at Nationals. Brian took personal time off to attend several National Championship meets to observe and learn how to improve the ofﬁcials experience at Nationals. Brian and his committee also facilitated the nomination and selection of USMS Officials to work at the World Championships in Budapest in 2017.
