Carl House served as Communications Chair for the Florida LMSC in 1991, and then became its Newsletter Editor and Vice Chair, building websites not only for his LMSC but also for 9 other LMSC's.  He began archiving the annual lists of USMS All Americans and Top Ten swimmers in 1993.  This project led to the establishment of the USMS History and Archives Committee.  He has also served on the Records and Tabulation Committee and has written software to help swimmers identify their own records and accomplishments.
