U.S. Masters Swimming Dorothy Donnelly Service Award

Since 1987, Robert has been on the pool deck supporting meets and swimmers as an official and events manager. He served on the USMS Officials committee since 1997. Robert developed SwimPhone, which is a web based app that allows swimmers to see psych sheets and live results, check in for their events, and graph their performances. Wanting to provide his LMSC with high meet standards at a consistent level, he provided a great meet experience for all and an amazing contribution to the swimming community. Additionally, Robert was instrumental in the legislative and policy review process underaken by  the Southern Pacific LMSC.
