A member of Minnesota Masters for many years, Tina began volunteering for her LMSC in the 2000’s. She took on the position of Chair when Wayde Mulhern passed away suddenly in 2003. During her tenure the organization increased their balance sheet and developed a process for grants. She led the switch from paper to electronic newsletter, which included adding email blasts and more frequent updates to the LMSC website. Tina also championed the change from manual swim meet management to online meet registration and reporting. She served as meet director for the majority of MN LMSC meets and the Lake Harriett Open Water Swims. Tina held numerous other LMSC positions including Coaches, Fitness, Long Distance, Safety, and Sanctions.
