Dotty was the first Chair of the Southeastern LMSC. As a founding member of both her club and the LMSC, she tirelessly worked to grow both memberships. She never stopped recruiting or promoting Masters Swimming. Dotty served as a social organizer and helped grow the adult swimming community in her LMSC. She representative her LMSC at the national convention.
