A longtime member of the Southern Pacific LMSC, Wayne served as the LSMC Chair around the turn of the century. He also held the Southwest Zone Chair position for a few years. Wayne attended the USMS convention regularly and served on the Computer Online, Sports Medicine, and History and Archives committees.
