Lisa founded the Zionsville Aquatic Masters in 2011 and served as the head coach. One year later, she volunteered for the role of Sanctions Chair of the Indiana LMSC. She became Indiana Chair in 2015. At the national level, Lisa served as a Mentoring Subcommittee Chair. An advocate of the ALTS program, Lisa offered the program locally for over seven years. With a professional background in corporate training and development, Lisa brought her talents to USMS. She taught ALTS teacher certification classes for USMS in Indiana, Chicago, and Louisville, Level 1 and 2 Coaches Certification classes in Jacksonville and Indiana, a Stroke Development Clinic in Cleveland, and coached at the USMS High-Performance Camp in Greensboro.
