When becoming the Michigan LMSC Registrar, Doug not only picked up the USMS Registration process, but also built a state meet team registration database. This tracked the LMSC swimmers locally for its Continuous Loyalty Membership Award program. Doug, a member of the USMS Registration Committee, was appointed as one of two Registration Mentors to help train new registrars throughout the country.
