Charles has been active with the Florida LMSC since 1983 serving as Records Chair, Registrar, Sanctions Chair, most recently the Officials Chair, and writes articles for the LMSC newsletter. He has attended at least 10 conventions, serving on the USMS Registration Committee and at the time, on the Officials Committee. As Florida’s Officials Chair, he has worked with each meet director to assure they had enough officials. He has compiled a roster of active officials and has recruited more to become certified. Charlie has been a dedicated Florida and USMS volunteer who cares deeply about swimming.
