Jody Welborn has volunteered in several positions with the Oregon LMSC, including serving as its Chair. Nationally, Jody had been a convention delegate since 2000 and has been an active member of several committees including Sport Medicine and Fitness, in addition to giving presentations at Convention. In 2004 Jody was the Meet Director of the  Check-Off Challenge.  Dr. Welborn, a cardiologist, has written numerous articles for local newsletters and many feature articles for Swimmer Magazine, also serving as a contributing editor.
