Hotel and Shuttle Information

Here are some of the options for your stay. Although most of the room blocks in Riverside have been sold out, participants may still check these hotels for cancellations. The host has also contracted with other nearby hotels for discounted room rates. These additional hotels are on page two of the hotel flyer.

The meet shuttle service is available from the three downtown Riverside hotels (Mission Inn, Marriott Riverside, and Hyatt Place). Shuttle passes may be purchased in advance for $20 per person at the host's event store. A limited number of shuttle passes may be available for $25 on-deck at the event. 

The first shuttle will leave the flagpole at the Riverside Convention Center at 6:15 am. Shuttles will then leave every 15 minutes on the quarter hour from both the convention center and the aquatics complex. The last shuttle will depart the aquatics center one hour after the completion of the final heat of the final event each day. 

Hospitality

Athletes and guests may purchase a VIP Hospitality Meal Pass for $100 at the host's event store. The pass will include a hot breakfast, lunch, as well as snacks and drinks throughout the meet hours from Thursday through Sunday.

Parking Information

Parking permits are required on the campus of Riverside City College. Event parking passes (Wednesday, 4/26/17 to Sunday, 4/30/17) may be purchased at the host's event store for $20. Event parking passes ($20) and single-day parking passes ($5/day) will be sold onsite. Single-day parking passes may also be purchased on RCC's online system. We strongly recommend that event or daily parking passes be prepurchased if possible to expedite the traffic flow into campus.

Social

The Masters social will be held on Friday, April 28, 2017 from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm at the Riverside Convention Center.  Appetizers and a cash bar will be set up on the Convention Center's beautiful patio with a full meal served in the banquet hall.  Live music and raffle prizes will add enjoyment to the night's festivities. Social tickets will be $30 and may be purchased at the host's event store.

Canopy Rental Information

A limited number of 10'X10' canopies are available to rent for $150 for the four day competition. Canopies may be reserved upon payment of the rental fee at the host's event store on a first come, first served basis. Any questions regarding the canopy rentals may be emailed to the Meet Director.

Event T-Shirts and Souvenirs

A variety of t-shirts, hoodies, swim caps, and other meet souvenirs are available for presale at the the host's event store. All items will be distributed on-deck at registration.
