Top Ten Patches

Swimmers who are listed in the official USMS Top Ten listings are eligible for Top Ten patches. To order USMS Top Ten patches, please use the link below to print an order form.

Patches and segments are available back to 1979. The patches list only the year of the swim, and do not differentiate between the three courses. Stroke segments designate only the 4 strokes, IM or relay.

One stroke or relay segment comes with each patch. The patch with its accompanying segment costs $7.50. Additional stroke or relay segments cost $1.50 each. Make checks payable to Lake Erie LMSC. Print and complete the order form and send your information and check to:
