Event Check-In

Check-in is required for all events longer than 200 yards (the 400 IM and the 500, 1000, and 1650 Freestyle). Check-in may be done in person in the lobby of the Natatorium or via the on line check-in system. Coaches or teammates may check in for those swimmers whose travel plans do not permit check-in by the deadlines. Failure to check-in will result in the swimmer being scratched from the event.

For Friday, Saturday, and Sunday's deck seeded events, you must check-in the day before between 6:30 am and 4 pm for the events you plan to swim the next day. For Thursday's events, you must check in by 7:00 am that day for the men's and women's 1000 Free and by one hour prior to the estimated time for the 1650 Free (time to be announced soon). You may also check-in for Thursday's events on Wednesday between 12:00 and 7:00 pm.

On Line Check-In

For on line check-in, please enter the swimmer's last name (or any portion of their last name) and select Search below. If more there is more than one swimmer with the selected last name entered in the meet, you will then need to select the swimmer you are seeking. Once you have selected the appropriate swimmer, you can click to positively check in for any events where check-in is currently available.
