Correcting Registrar-Entered Problems
- Change swimmer's registration year (if you meant to register a person for 2009 but hit the 2008 registration instead)
- Delete a paper registration that was entered in error
- Remove an incorrectly-entered registration (if you were doing an update to a 2008 registration but were in "registration mode" at the time and accidentally registered the person for 2009)
- Add a forgotten donation or a new donation received at a later date
- Create a negative invoice
Correcting Swimmer-Entered Problems
- Duplicate permanent ID (same swimmer has different permanent IDs from two different years): contact the National Office
