The Finance Committee shall:

1. Propose policies pertaining to the financial affairs of USMS for approval by the Board of Directors.
2. Review the reports of the treasurer and National Office.
3. Review a summary of the above reports prepared by the National Office to be presented to the Board of Directors.
4. Annually Annually review budget requests for the next fiscal year.
5. Assist in the preparation of the USMS annual budget for the next fiscal year and submit to the Board of Directors for approval.
