Ken served as the Southern Pacific LMSC Vice Chair, before volunteering to participate on the USMS Coaches Committee. He also served as meet director. His past work as LMSC Sanctions Chair, saw him overseeing over 20 meets each year by reviewing materials and coordinating schedules. This experience led him to contribute new policies and procedures for meet directors and meet hosts, as well as development of the Meet Administrator Guidelines and Event Host Handbook.
