| Description: | This competition is primarily for Oregon Masters Swimming club and workout group members. The Championship is open to all USMS members in good standing - they just cannot score points. The meet is 3 days with the 400IM & 1650 on Friday afternoon. Only 200 yard relays will be contested and are deck-entered. All individual events will be seeded slow to fast regardless of age or gender. Positive check-in is required for the 400 IM, 1650 Free, 1000 Free, and 500 Free. All relays are deck entered. There is a 6 event limit for the entire meet and no more than 5 each day. |
