Live Coverage Information

Summer Nationals coverage, including a livestream, results, and record updates will be available throughout the meet. Tell your crew to follow along!

Nominate a teammate (or yourself!) for a potential feature. We're on the lookout for standout stories from Summer Nationals. Please email Publications. 

If you’re planning on photographing, videoing, or conducting interviews with participants for any media outlet or commercial entity, please review our media pass information and email Publications to request a media pass. Please note: Cameras and recording devices in the pool and drones are prohibited at the event, except use by preauthorized USMS staff or contractors.

Hospitality Hours

Swimmers can pick up their hospitality passes at the registration desk when they check-in for the meet. Hospitality will be available from 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. daily.

Breakfast will be available from 7-10 a.m. daily. Lunch will be available 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. 

Grab and go options will be available throughout the day. 

Coaches Social

Calling all coaches! Spend time with fellow coaches from across the country for a fun, relaxing, social away from the pool deck at Billy McHales. RSVP and let everyone know you're coming.

Volunteers & Coaches

Volunteers are still needed for the meet! The meet cannot run without the support of everyone on deck, especially timers. Every volunteer will receive a water bottle!

The Coaches Committee assigns Coach on Deck positions each day of the meet as a service to all meet participants. These coaches will receive a hospitality pass for the day(s) in which they are assigned to this duty.

Massage Information

Massage therapists will be available on site to help you relax after (or before!) your swims. All sign ups will be available on the pool deck, first-come, first-served.

$30 for 15 minutes

$60 for 30 minutes

Awards Room

Win a medal? Awards will be available for pickup following the conclusion of each event beginning Wednesday, August 6 from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. All other days, awards will be open at 9 a.m. until 60 minutes after the conclusion of the days events.
