This section contains policies and guidelines on the management of USMS financial operations. The USMS Finance Committee is tasked with the responsibility to develop Financial Operating Guidelines ("FOG") pertaining to the financial affairs of USMS and to develop the annual budget. The committee also manages the implementation of the policies and interfaces with USMS leaders through various financial forms.
