Live Coverage Information

Follow all the action from Spring Nationals with live coverage, including a livestream, results, and record updates throughout the meet. Tell your crew to tune in!

Have a standout swim or story? Nominate a teammate or yourself for a potential feature by emailing Publications. 

If you’re planning on photographing, videoing, or conducting interviews with participants for any media outlet or commercial entity, please review our media pass information and email Publications to request a media pass. Please note: Cameras, recording devices in the pool, and drones are prohibited at the event, except for use by preauthorized USMS staff or contractors.

Concierge Photography

Concierge photography will be available for purchase to interested swimmers.

Volunteers & Coaches

Volunteers are still needed to make this meet a success, especially timers who get a front row seat! 

The Coaches Committee assigns Coach on Deck positions each day of the meet as a service to all meet participants. These coaches will receive a hospitality pass for the day(s) in which they are assigned to this duty.

Hospitality Information

If you ordered VIP Hospitality, plan to pick your pass up at the registration table. Breakfast will be available in the Special Event Center from 7-10 AM. Lunch will be available 11 AM - 2 PM. Grab and go options as well as snacks and drinks are available throughout the day. 

Don't forget, participants who purchased a hospitality pass also get access to attend the social on Friday evening at Piedmont Hall!

Awards Room

Win a medal? Awards will be available for pickup following the conclusion of each event beginning Thursday, April 30 from 11 AM - 4 PM. All other days, awards will be open at 9 AM until 60 minutes after the conclusion of the days events.
