If your donation is in honor or in memory of a loved one, include their name. We will send that to BJA and you will receive a certificate. The Basics: Swim the pool mile in a 25 yard,25 or 50 meter pool. Submit your entry, a copy of your USMS card and your check. That's it. Happy swimming! |
