| Description: | The Postal Two-Mile relay is swum by 4 swimmers each swimming 9 x 100 in rotation until they reach 3600 yards. It can be done with just 3 swimmers, but now it is 12 x 100, or two swimmers 18 x 100. You can go off the blocks, and it is strongly suggested to have a ladder close by. This can also be swum in a meter pool and we will adjust the times. |
