Jim McDonnell Lake Swims

The 2019 Jim McDonnell Lake Swims, now in its 32nd year, will be a 1-day event in Lake Audubon, Reston, VA, May 26. JMLS offers 1-mile and 2-mile races. Water temperatures are usually in the 70's F, and both CAT I and CAT II are accommodated. New for this year is a counterclockwise trapezoid-shaped course. Amenities include t-shirts and caps with the event logo, and a full lunch with a variety of beverages (hot and cold).
