Description:

A swim meet designed to encourage fitness swimmers to join in competition with unusual and flexible relay events. The meet is held at Lakewood High School Natatorium which is an 8 lane, 25 yard pool with antiturbulent lane lines. A separate diving well is available for warm-ups during the meet. The length of the competition course without bulkhead is in compliance and is on file with USMS in accordance with articles 105.1.7 and 106.2.1.
