| Description: | 9th annual CIOWS in Evergreen Lake, Comlara Park, Hudson, IL. Competition at 1.2 miles and 2.4 miles with awards for top 3 men and women at each distance, top finisher in each age group, and if wetsuits are allowed based on water temp, top 3 men and women at each distance. This is a fun event hosted by the local masters swim team for all ages of masters swimmers. Event is also great preparation for the swim portion of half and full Ironman competitions. |
