| Description: | You MUST be a competent swimmer to participate. Cost of admission is to bring food to share with everyone after the workout. It will be broken up into kicking, drilling, pulling, descending, stroke, to mix it up and keep it fun. Three base intervals will be offered, 2:20, 2:00, and 1:30 per 100. 2:20 base interval will start at 11:00 am. 2:00 base interval will start at 11:30 am. 1:30 base interval will start at 12:00 pm. Please bring all of your equipment and a copy of your USMS card. |
