LYONS Masters
Workouts focus on both the fundamentals of swimming all four strokes (i.e., developing stroke technique) for beginning fitness swimmers as well as training people who like to compete in swim meets and triathlons. We encourage everyone to have fun whether their goals are to get in shape or train for competition.

Tuesday / Thursday - 8:00-9:30 PM & Saturday - 6:00-7:30 AM
