We hope to improve the fitness and overall swimming ability of every member of the team to continue a lifelong healthy lifestyle while forming a strong team relationship and having as much fun as possible!
Workout Info
Sept through May we practice seven days a week at four sites across the Dayton area. In the summer we swim all together at one outdoor 50 meter pool. See our website for locations and times.
